Kingston is bringing nearly 10,000 new homes to Corkscrew Road in Estero from five national builders. Get floor plans, pricing, and release-date alerts before the public does — from a local agent, not a builder rep.
A first look at the newest — and largest — community coming to Estero.
Kingston is a nearly 7,000-acre master-planned community being developed by Cameratta Companies along Corkscrew Road in Estero, minutes from I-75, Coconut Point, and Southwest Florida International Airport. At full build-out it's planned to include roughly 10,000 residences — single-family homes, villas, and condominiums — making it one of the largest new communities in Southwest Florida.
Groundbreaking took place in late 2025, with model homes expected to begin completing in late 2026. Over 3,300 acres are being preserved as wildlife habitat and wetlands as part of the community's conservation design, alongside resort-style amenities that include a major amenity pool complex, close to three dozen pickleball courts, basketball courts, and roughly 700,000 square feet of future retail and commercial space.
Kingston sits alongside Cameratta's existing communities — Verdana Village, Corkscrew Shores, and The Preserve at Corkscrew — giving it an established neighborhood context from day one rather than starting from an empty field.

The builder's on-site rep works for the builder. Here's what having your own agent gets you.
Builders generally build the buyer's agent commission into their pricing structure — so having your own representation usually doesn't change what you pay.
The on-site sales consultant represents the builder's interests. I represent yours — on pricing, lot selection, upgrades, and resale value.
Most builders only credit your agent if you're registered with them before or during your first visit to that builder's sales center — not after. Reach out before you tour any models.
Planning to visit a Kingston sales center soon? Contact me first so I can register you as your representative — once you've toured on your own, most builders won't allow it retroactively.

Kyle helps buyers and sellers across Southwest Florida — including Naples, Estero, Bonita Springs, and Fort Myers — navigate everything from resale purchases to new construction. For Kingston specifically, Kyle tracks builder releases, pricing, and floor plans across all five builders so buyers have one point of contact instead of juggling five separate sales offices.
Buying or selling a home is a new chapter — Kyle's approach is built around being a steady, informed guide through it, from first tour to closing table.
